Colormax Systems Weigh Belt Feeder (WBF) can be widely applied to various industries such as pellet making, BOPP film, chemical industry, detergent, food, forage plants, etc. It can be applied to wide range of flow rate and different materials with high feeding accuracy. The compact design and the enclosed working unit created a clean, safe & noise reduction working environment.
Colormax Systems new WBF uses advanced micro-processor control technology developed by our international R&D department to deliver precise result for your process needs. It has totally eliminated the hysteresis of the PLC controlling system.
Functionally, this controller supports host communication: Modbus protocol and supports to communicate with operation interface. It even supports both Loss-in-Weight continuous and batch application.
Belt speeds are controlled to within +/- 1 RPM over a 50:1 range from full motor speed. Several standard ranges of drive reducers are available. Three standard widths of inlet gates are available: WBF-300: 75 mm, 150 mm, 230 mm;
Material bulk densities can range from 0.5 to 2.5 kg/l. Material particle size can be a max. of 10 mm.
